NaNoWriMo is coming up soon! Help?
Since I am finally done with my degree, and might actually have time to participate in National Novel Writing Month this year when I’m not frantically searching for a job. So, come November I hope to have some vague idea of what I’m going to write about, and I’m sure you guys have lots of interesting and crazy ideas that might help me figure it out. So, I’m thinking maybe...

Thank you, tumblr friends
My crappy satellite internet is sometimes down, often slow, and always restricted, as I’m sure I’ve mentioned before. Hughes Net’s big selling point is: “Live in the middle of nowhere? Thought you were doomed to dial-up? Not anymore. Hughes Net - faster than dial-up” (paraphrased, but faithfully). The “fair use policy” regulates how much bandwidth or...

I got a beautiful suit today. I will look so snazzy for interviews. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my size in the jacket and will have to order it, but Dang! it’s good looking.
I have too many books.

But I won’t be deciding where to settle and buying a house for a long long time, and until then...
Oh . . . my birthday is tomorrow.
It kind of snuck up on me.
I’m open to the concept of religion but I’ve never been entirely...

Sunshine Cleaning was not very good.
Halfway through, my mother and I both gave up. As I was waiting to see if it would get better, I went on rottentomatoes.com to see what other people thought, and whether I could expect more from the rest of the movie. I found this very eloquent and perceptive review, despite the surprising 72% fresh rating:
There’s close to nothing about this movie that isn’t contrived and forced...
Recurring nightmares . . . again.
As a child, I had terrifying recurring dreams about monsters. Most of them were normal monsters, sort of: the wolf from a scary story, the Jabberwocky from an Alice in Wonderland live action movie that portrayed it as a dragon-like monster (looking back, probably a dude in a shiny, cheesy monster suit, but in my dreams, a gigantic horrifying thing that made Jurassic Park T-Rex footstep vibrations...
Apparently it’s National Sewing Month. Beyond a sale at Fabric.com, I don’t really know what that means.
